What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?▼
We support small-batch orders. Standard parts from 100 pcs. Custom parts negotiated based on mold complexity. Prototype runs available from 10–50 pieces for validation purposes.
How long does sampling take?▼
Standard parts ship in 1–3 working days. Custom parts requiring new mold tooling typically take 5–10 working days (including mold fabrication). Rush orders can be prioritized.
What materials do you work with?▼
We support NBR (nitrile), FKM (fluoroelastomer), EPDM, VMQ (silicone), NR (natural rubber), CR (chloroprene), PU (polyurethane), and other mainstream rubber materials. Custom formulations available upon request.
Do you export? Is documentation provided?▼
Yes. We handle overseas orders and provide complete export documentation including technical datasheets, CO/COO, material certifications, MSDS, and other compliance files. FOB, CIF, and other trade terms supported.
